it seems bluez and bluetooth-applet always chooses the built in module

Actually it's a bit worse than that. The code in the package was not
fixed quite the same way as upstream. Instead of looking for
'lxc.mount[ \t]', it looks for any 'lxc.mount'. If found it removes all
those entries and adds a new fstab entry. The problem is that the
lxc.conf always can have 'l

"Cannot read ~/.Xauthority" might give the user a hint about the

We just had a similar incident.
The local server autofs mounts a remote NFS. The remote server unexpectidly
powered off (no normal shutdown). The remote server was powered back on however
the local server was not able to access the remote NFS's. It appears the local
server never umounted the rem
As I said before, make sure you see the PRIVHEADER before doing the
second dd command, and if you do then this should fix the problem.

After loading 12.04 lts Partial, the ubuntu desktop fixed itself.
Instead of going to terminal and reporting the bug again I just stopped
the dialog and proceded with the partial install. No further problems.
