Funny Story :
I had this bug infinite number of times. I was not able to work at all.
The system would get to log-in window and crash after a few seconds.
Once I was able to work a whole minuet before
I've tested the 3.10 kernel from the Ubuntu kernel PPA for some more
time, and haven't had any more issues with mouse responsiveness, so I
guess that's resolved. There's just the issue that I have to manually
re-enable Bluetooth and WiFi on every startup.

updated the bios but no change, still fails looses ip adress shows no
inet adress . powering off the wifi and on again has no effect but
deselecting wifi and reconecting restores the connection.

When I try to load bttv module ( ubuntu 13.10 daily-build 21 Jul 2013)
with parameter:
$ sudo modprobe bttv card=137
I get this message:
ERROR: could not insert 'bttv': Unknown symbol in module, or unknown

like something choked and all the expected files were not gathered.

Vincent Thiele, launchpadlib not having a python3 port is only required
for specific corner cases (ex. apport-collecting against an apport file
created from another machine) not a standard apport-collect from the
machine your are reporting against.
Hence, could you please install the package
