Err, sorry it doesnt mute the soudns completly, just sets the main
volume to 0, it can be restored.

I've experienced this bug as well. I did a memtest and there is nothing
wrong with my memory, and this crash only seems to happen when i have
one or more graphically intensive programs running. System works fine,

development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . If the issue remains,
could you please just make a comment to this.

This issue looks like you are missing the required fonts. Could you
please try to install xfonts-bolkhov-koi8r-75dpi (maybe a restart is
needed) and try again?

I'm back on 13.04 with the latest nvidia drivers and my boot times are
normal but when I upgraded to 13.10 and 14.04 my boot times were around
1 minute using nvidia drivers. I install 3.12.031200 in 13.04 and my
