Thanks for the answer. If I'm not wrong ctime has a nanosecond
resolution. The only way to abuse this is if:
- The tty/pts gets closed.
- The time adjusts to the past (for example due to ntp).
- The next opened console/terminal gets the same number and is created exactly
at the same time.
The same, sometimes (randomly) can't open fullscreen, it like opens somewhere,
but not on the top.

I connected to my groupware account on the IMAP server using Thunderbird
(since I don't know how to tell Kontact *not* to hide the Kolab folders
anymore). I then copied one entry (page) from one folder into the
