Since a recent update, it is impossible to connect to my Ubuntu box
using VNC from a Windows machine unless I disable encryption on the vino
server.
I tested up-to-date tightVNC client and TigerVNC client on the Windows
machine, with the same result. As soon I try to connect,
I think I have found a replacement for Nautilus, it is called Nemo (!).

nvidia-* , Trying to install nvidia-cuda-toolkit results in installation
of 304 binary driver and then fails with the same error as nvidia-331.

I found a workaround that solved it for me.
It seams the reason for this is somehow related to equal key bindings in compiz
plugins for unity and gnome compatibility.
Disabling the key bindings in gnome compatibility plugin solved this for me.

I just encountered this bug during upgrade on a different system that
