FFE: new upstream version to support touchpads

Within glibc (2.19 on Ubuntu, but also on 2.17), some long double
routines for PPC64 are wrong: both .c and .S files exist, and .S files
are taken first though they are old and wrong. The bugs appear for some
cases (for ceill(), second double is wrong). The fix is easy:
Jacob Hemstad, one thing that would be vital before reporting this
upstream is to fully commit bisect from 12.04.0 to 13.10, in order to
identify the offending commit. This is how upstream would advise this
once you made it known it was a regression. Could you please bisect this

I think the algorithm is okay, but the rest of the solution seems overly

I can confirm this bug with a current 12.04 setup. Evince shows the
files just fine but the print (on some printers) doesn't include the
images.
Adobe Reader prints the files happily on the same printers.
Evince 3.10 from 14.04 also prints the files just fine.

and plugin was downloaded and installed, it all the time the system is
logged on or printed is turned on tells from pup-up message that there
are proprietary plugin needed, tried to download it but failed at last.
