The issue there is that Gstreamer-Version=1.2 but struct.version=1.0,
one easy way to filter 0.10or1.0 is to split(.)[0]. There might be a
better way but that works for the current issue.

The issue you're seeing is more specifically that LC_TIME is set to
fi_FI.UTF-8. So the language setting *in general* is set to en_US, but
the time settings are handled based on the target country.
The problem is that LC_TIME controls not only the display language for
days of the week / months
