As i know, no major linux's distribution have Apache OpenOffice in their
repository. I don't know if the Apache Fondation have some projet to
resolve that. Since it's not resolving, the use of Apache OpenOffice on
Linux will be very poor and marginal.

I too have the same issue. I tried the fix in #56, and it didn't work.
Even now I'm not presented with a log-in prompt anytime I reboot or
power on my system. Wheather I remove the fix or keep it, is the same.
I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Y500 with Geforce GT 650M graphics card.

a HD video with vlc. Resume from suspend will also trigger it
eventually, but it needs to happen by using the lid, not scripting with
