- First suspend after reboot works every time without fail.
- Second suspend does a resume after 3 or 4 seconds.
The workaround ( sudo pm-suspend; sudo pm-suspend) only works on my

prompt. This is because I set the GRUB prefix in d-i to
(ieee1275/cdrom)/boot/grub to work around a different failure, but not
all systems have the ieee1275/cdrom devalias. Setting ()/boot/grub
instead
