Hi Larry,
I am using 3.17 latest Kernel from rupotic. I am ready to use 3.18 kernel
but don't know really how to build it from source code. I will give it a
try sometime and let you know the status.
But I am not sure why the authentication times out after first successful
connect to Wifi. Anyway
Just installed final beta of gnome 14.10 and did the following test.
- install osmo
- tested osmo (every thing OK)
- installed pipelight
- ran netflix (ran OK)
- re-tested osmo, did not run correctly, failed as described above
- copied my recompiled level of osmo and retested (ran OK)

Interestingly, this same crash is happened when using OEM config with a
14.04.1 guest on a 14.10 host.
Normal mode 14.04.1 and 14.10 guests install fine on a 14.10 host, only
the OEM config mode is crashing.

Sorry, I forgot to tell, that I have to purge all nvidia and bumblebee
staff:
sudo apt-get pudge nvidia* bumblebee*
After restart GUI was up. I installed bumblebee. Try nvidia-343,
nvidia-340, but only nvidia-331 is OK.

I am ubuntu user eversince, Ubuntu 12.10 came. I have been using a machine with
intel graphics i.e. Intel HD 3000.
There are no issues but functions keys don't work for broghtness also one can't
change it simple.

So, the tooltips are that text that show up sometimes when you hover a mouse,
see this: http://www.webdevout.net/testcases/title-tooltips/
For some reason those don't show up in my firefox. I checked that in Safe Mode
with disabled add-ons the tooltips still don't show up.
