with unar/lsar it fails to detect encoding (you expect CP932, but lsar shows
it's ISO-8859-8). Auto detection of encoding is not 100% reliable especially
with short file names (less hints for encoding detector).
Richard, I tested this with various versions of Lubuntu (openbox window
manager) and Ubuntu (compiz).

Yes it happens in rtm (qt 5.3 based) and Vivid. I don't believe this
ever worked. Content-Hub does not invoke the application through
UriHandler with arguments. Rather is get launched via upstart-app-launch
and then there are some signals fired through the ContentHub api that
the app listens to
