This can be seen in journalctl -f when doing daemon-reload:

Now in Lenovo's laptop, we still meet this issue on trusty(14.04.2).
I delete the grub.cfg in recovery partition, after that it will enter grub
shell.
from the result, I thought the $prefix is zero or not exist.

? I'm not entirely sure what usb-modeswitch expects here, but perhaps
you can give me the output of ls -l /var/lib/usb_modeswitch? That
@OdyX, do you know what's going on here? I'm afraid I'm not familiar
with usb-modeswitch at all..

To observe focus_mode do following:
$ adb shell
$ sudo /system/bin/logcat | grep focus-mode
Tapping on the screen switched focus-mode to auto focus to defined coordinates
When moving phone around, phone should default to
focus-mode=continuous-picture
This is not always done when resuming camera
The reason for the failure is that the radio state reported for the
first slot is always SIM_LOCKED_OR_ABSENT: radio OFF state is only
reported for the main (=3G) slot.
