I have tested 3.19.0-15 and 3.19.0-16 and they do not exhibit the
problem (I get the same output from aplay -l as above).
So I can confirm that the problem started with 3.19.0-17 and is still
present in 3.19.0-18.

When I plug in a hackrf, it loads the hackrf kernel module.
This takes over connection to the device, meaning that hackrf_info
doesn't work:

other things relying on the hackrf don't work either, like gqrx.
