Verified successfully with installer build 421 and 697 OSA devices (triples). I
chose OSA device #677 and could set it online. Closed.

An example, when this bug is a problem, is when /boot becomes full
during kernel update. A meta kernel package such as linux-image-generic
becomes broken, but the suggested command "sudo apt-get -f install" can

Thanks Pat McGowan (pat-mcgowan), other sounds (incoming call, music player,
youtube on browser, notification from telegram, gmail etc.) were playing fine
except the incoming SMS notification. Then I restarted the device and now sound
notification for incoming SMS works again!
