Sounds like you need the sysinfo system call added. It's not there
upstream, so I wonder whether that indicates there's a bug causing htat

together with Hendrik we found, that depmod -a does not trigger the device
detection, as under debian. An update-dev after depmod -a seems to solve this
problem, also for DASD detection.

That is an alternate dependency i.e. nvidia-prime (>= 0.5) | bumblebee,
and it's only meant to allow users to choose between nvidia-prime and
bumblebee. We do not need or support bumblebee.
Note: nvidia-prime and bumblebee are mutually exclusive ways to deal
with hybrid graphics.
