I could try to bisect https://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-kernel-
test/ubuntu/+source/linux/+git/mainline-crack ,which is the base for the
4.6.0-997-generic intel-drm-next. A quick search suggests a list of 4-5

identified what is really causing the problem to occur. Also, we need to
identify which patch fixed the issue so that it can be back-ported. Both

the deal. If I uncomment the second UEFI entry in my fstab and I try to mount
/boot/efi it does not work at all. If I uncomment the first it mounts the
partition. However, in neither case I can boot the windows. In

Installer doesn't show up on some Chromebook

I installed Ubuntu with some layout mainly used the other users (standard
layout). I selected another layout for my own session (Dvorak type layout).
No issues so far, after logon my Dvorak layout is selected by default on my
account only.

I did a new installation of Lubuntu 16.04 LTS on a intel atom netbook
installation completes with any problem.
On booting the installed system i only got a black screen with the message:
