The culprit who changed the status from Triaged to Incomplete was me. It
was a complete rookie, noob, mistake for wich I do apologise and hope
that I did not cause a too big of a confusion and/or unnecessary work.

It mostly happens when I leave the computer alone for some time, but sometimes

I have a similar issue on my Hewlett-Packard HP Z820 Workstation after
upgrading from 15.10 to 16.04. I have attached the associated kernel bug

I confirmed this *again* in a much easier way, by using the RF-toggle
switch to cycle the wifi manually on the laptop.
On 4.6, this makes the firmware crash (same error as above).
With the upgraded iwlwifi module and upgraded firmware, the error goes
away.

Can someone please do something about this? I have an AMD desktop that
crossfires an A10's RadeonHD 7660D with a PCI Express 6670G. Up until
15.10 this setup works great. However I am unable to use 16.04 optimally
because the open source RADEON drivers can't do crossfire. The upcoming
AMDGPU
`sudo rm -r /var/cache/app-info`, obviously... ;-)
