I've run both my systems monitor's through a full
idle->blank->sleep->wakeup cycle by setting the power managment settings
to do that, and with this patch they both have come back. The final step

Did you connect the 'system-observe' interface? Eg:
sudo snap connect htop:system-observe ubuntu-core:system-observe
If after doing this it still does not work, can you attach the output of
'grep audit /var/log/syslog' and indicate the architecture of the system
Neutron cannot assume what keepalived version is used underneath, so we
tend to introduce workarounds for issues such as this. @Hynek, can you
take a look? I remember you tackled a similar issue recently.

How to reproduce:
1) Launch a webapp that requires a new account (let's assume it's facebook)
2) Wait for facebook's login page to show but don't complete the login
3) Open system settings->Accounts
4) Tap on any other account to add a new account

In Ubuntu 16.04, when you hold Super key for some seconds, it displays a
panel giving the current shortcuts.
