lightdm restart, the static effect goes away and I can log in and use

files listed in the "remove" list then unpack everything on top of the system
partition. This way to proceed has 2 consequences:
1. It can break at any point once there is no space left. So parsing the log
afterwards

unpacked and configured, I think that is first boot stuff from when I wiped it,

Seriously? I find that totally out of place even in TB. One tool, one
job. I wonder if it is possible to deactivate the chat code at build
time with a switch and if so, to actually deactivate it in Ubunt

Althougth the new version of bamf has fixed most of the problems, I still don't
have menus in for some application (terminal and libreoffice). Running 'unity'
fixed this issue. Delaying the login for 5 minutes has not fix the problem.
