I had a look at what is required for libunity-webapps and it just
appears to be using geoclue to work out what country you are in to show
the appropriate Amazon store. Since Geoclue 2.0 doesn't provide this (it
just gives a co-ordinate) the easiest solution is to make libunity-
webapps contact http
Upgraded BIOS to A13 and problem dissapear.
Checked all BIOS changelogs between versions and no one has information about
wifi interface, but problem appears to bo solved.

Ok, I believe this is a problem with the 4.6 series kernel. I can't
reproduce it on the xenial kernel, but I can on yakkity's. I've started
a thread upstream to discuss.
