I dont think so. Basically it pulls php-packages from here
https://packagist.org/ and also knows which deps to pull via systems
package manager.
Its a dependency manager used by developers and usually you only have to run
"composer install", lean back and you are set.

It looks like kernel from trusty-proposed doesn't solve neither this
problem nor https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lts-
utopic/+bug/1587087 (if set ~100 MB, kernel doesn't panic, but system
"freezes"). What kind of information can help you? Is it right kernel?

Both.
I discovered it testing Xenial, but it appears also today, when I'm
testing Yakkety.
You may edit the tags accordingly. (I usually avoid editing tags and
leave it to people more involved in the administration.)

Actually we are still missing checking /etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-setup-
link.rules → /dev/null, the other documented way how to disable ifnames.
