I set the screen rotation to landscape. Then lock the screen rotation

I removed the .sh from the umount files in rc0.d, rc6.d and init.d ...

This appears to be a Ubuntu issue. On a Debian 8 system with Clang 3.5
installed, I get the following, which seems to indicate Debian has
remediated the issue:

Regarding Comment 1, the host CPU has the following features. The Clang
defines were consistent with the flags:

Switch user feature has disappeared from GNOME Shell since

download stalled at 0 bytes on a click app, and over the next half hour
