I checked the "main.log" file and found nothing abnormal. I apt-get
updated, upgrade, autocleaned and autoremoved and retried to. I checked
using the -f flag on apt-get but there are no broken dependencies. The
main.log file says held packages but there are no packages on hold

I have the MS foldable keyboard connected again and the lagginess is gone. I
didn't notice any lagginess for the mouse and wifi traffic was low when I

said "Please upgrade your system to the latest package versions." when
