Just tested with 4.8-rc4: no ethernet, no bluetooth at all and graphics
defaults to VGA only.
Booted back to the stock ubuntu xenial kernel and bluetooth/network is back up
running.
Looks to me like a massive regression.

Tried the new bios 1.02.13 and sure enough, it resulted in the issues

for a few days it starts to use excessive amounts of resources. Right
now its using 1.4GB of ram and 3% cpu.
If I restart rhythmbox then the resource usage drops back down to

So, I tried to use Geary 0.11.2 from launchpad's PPA, but it is different Geary

there. The behaviour is the same (SYN+ACK retransmission after
TCP_DEFER_ACCEPT timeout), but this time nginx correctly continues the

xenial.

I have located the bug fix: http://hg.nginx.org/nginx/rev/5b549cc7f698.
Such a fix would be extremely easy to backport if there is interest in
doing so. Otherwise, the fix landed in 1.7.11, so any version later than

The code is all from openstack-common, which in the past got synced into
projects directly - so you can find 'signature_utils.py' in the xenial
version of glance for example - so its not new code IMHO.
I'll fixup the depends issue shortly.

This should be really fixed...
Encrypted ubuntu installation SHOULD be treated equally as plain-text
installation.
It seems that encrypted installation can be chosen only if the whole
system disk is overwritten... I think Ubiquity just can use the free
area of the system disk I've prepared for

actually i think it is racy. nova-common is not finished setting up the
sqlite database and migrating yet, however nova-scheduler has already
attempted to start, and failed.
Looking at the tests they might be all racy. And I don't think it's very
autopackgy to install packages with apt inside the

Online account settings page does not show any indication of that the
account token is invalid. The opposite from Desktop online-account page
where you see a indication that the account authentication has been
revoked and you need to re-authenticate it.
