I have an extremely frustrating problem with Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS 64-bits
on my Dell E7450 laptop: when I connect a TV over HDMI afater resuming
from standby, the sound is 2x as slow, and everything else, e.g. video
playback, is dragged down to slow-motion.

My laptop (ASUS K501UW-AB78) fails to resume from suspend when using

BleachBit, you can have apt-get reinstall the affected package to
undelete the files.
Also if you can figure out which files should not be deleted, I can work
on whitelisting them to prevent them from being deleted again.

juju uses dependencies.tsv to track external dependencies.
Current version of dependency tracker does not allow to specify non-master
branch in godeps.
Whilst this is fixed on Juju master, we are looking into what can be
done for 1.25
