The same issue, and it's not Ubuntu-specific.
The reason is that Firefox does not write `intl.accept_languages`
value to the new profile's `prefs.js`.
After creating a new profile, the first launch is nice and dandy:
websites are in Russian, as I expect. But after I close Firefox
and open it
I am facing this same issue of high packet loss in my Lenovo T430s. I am
getting a packet loss of 30~50% which is absurd.

Seems to work well on 16.04, so the bug isn't apparent there. It
probably still is on older versions, so as far as those older distros
are supported, the bug should not be closed. I guess this bug's root is

This was simply an oversight when I tried minimize the delta between
Debian and Ubuntu, letting the new Ghostscript package be based on
Debian's with the only difference that the libopenjpeg shipped with
Ghostscript is used and not the system's one.

Currently experiencing this bug a year after the last comment (#81).
I have no problem going full screen when playing Flash/HTML5 streaming
videos, but when I run fullscreen, for example, PPSSPP (PSP emulator) on
Ubuntu 16.04 either SDL or Qt versions, screen freezes completly with

The patch added to nominally fix this issue is incorrect; it is setting
the wrong bit in the BOOTP flags field for broadcast:
+ bootp.flags = htons(0x800);
The correct value should be 0x8000. This is causing issues with
switches that reject the packet as having bits set in a "must be
