ubiquity crashed while installing 16.04.1 fro
Installed and tested the cups-filters and ghostscript packages from
yakkety-proposed. Printed several jobs on different (emulated) IPP
Everywhere printers (PWG-Raster-only, PDF, color, bw, ...). All print
without using mutool (using Ghostscript instead). Outcoming files are

PWG Raster printing on IPP Everywhere printers not working correctl
Apparently, it's multibootusb bug.
On the same h/w, using same Ubuntu 16.04.1 ( but put on USB flash-drive
with "Startup Disk Creator"), I just installed it without any problem.
