Interesting thought. Other Linux terminals I tested do not behave like
gnome-terminal in that regard.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1568241
Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1568241, so is being marked as such.
After enabled xenial-proposed and upgrade wget to 1.17.1-1ubuntu1.2,
this issue is fixed.
Reproduce Step:
1. download
http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/16.04.0/ubuntu-16.04-desktop-amd64.manifest
via wget within narrow terminal (< 40 characters)
wget 1.17.1-1ubuntu1.1
$ wget
The tests in proposed were mostly good except those of docker.io.
But those issues are unrelated (local to docker.io).
The issues seem to got fixed, please retrigger the tests to pick up testing
against the newer docker.io and pass.

Same issue here with a Geforce 920M and nvidia-375 as well. Replacing
375 with 367 fixes the issue, but I need 375 for Cuda 8.
