There is no user "lpadmin". With "run as lpadmin" I mean run as a user
which is in the lpadmin group.
So the better solution would be to build CUPS with root in the system
group or let root be member of the lpadmin group.

update skiboot to 5.4.3 in xenial

In Ubuntu 17.04 32bit LibreOffice does not cooperate with OpenJava or
OracleJava (any versions) on kernel 4.10.0-26. LibO simply disappears when
using BASE, which depends on Java.
It still works normally with kernel 4.10.0-22.
This only affects the 32bit-architecture,
