I should have mentioned I was only suggesting STRUT for when intellihide
is off. Thus for the default configuration this bug would be fixed. Only
people who change the configuration (e.g. change intellihide) would need
to move their icons. But yes a fix could come in nautilus too, that

ubuntu targets zEC12+ which qemu cannot emulate on non-s390x hardware.
debian has lower ABI.
it is not expected for qemu-debootstrap to work to create ubuntu s390x chroots
on non-s390x hosts.
I believe all of the above is (non-)working as expected.

Fixed in the 4.0-3 upload to Debian Unstable by adding a NEWS.Debian
file. Now the package just needs to be synced to Ubuntu to fix this in
Ubuntu, too.

Launch Ubuntu Software click on Updates then click on Refresh on top
left. This used to work and populate packages that needed to be updated.
Not any more, just shows message that "Software up to date" yet Update
Manager has updates pending.
