Hello and thank you again for the report. I am looking at the fix, and
the NEWS and changelog files say:
+ The bug that caused the SSL support between NRPE 2.x and 3.x not

What bug? Where was it fixed? Will updating just nagios-nrpe break
existing 17.04 installs?

Reproes with the v4.14 kernel.
Power usage on idle is
4.14:~8W
4.13:~10W
4.10:~7W
There appears to have been a significant regression in power use from
4.10 to 4.13 that has been partially addressed in 4.14.
I got curious, and I get the same 100% busy report if I boot with the
legacy 4.10.37

1. I can find at least an ubuntu-dock error:
Extension "ubuntu-d...@ubuntu.com" had error: TypeError: dockManager is null
I thought this was already fixed. Can you check if you have updates
available?
2. Several of your extensions have errors as well. This could be interfering
somewhere with
As far as I can tell all the code is there to start a browser when a
link is clicked. In this case, I think the issues come from bad config
somewhere in the installer environment for QT: XDG or something else is
missing to associate clicking a link with the application that should
open it.

Now I cannot do it.
I will do it tomorrow around this time, having access to the hardware
involved.
Thanks
