I have an Asus ROG Strix GL702ZC notebook with Ryzen 7 1700 + Radeon
RX580, and I have soft lockups too. The computer completly freeze when
idle. My system is an Ubuntu 18.04.1. Kernel parameters like
"idle=nomwait" and "rcu_nocbs=0-15" don't fix my problem. Now, I'm using
my computer "without lock

~/.cache/snapcraft/`) and then run `snapcraft` again. Nothing changed.

I just clicked NM dialog on main screen on a daily image & noticed the

404) and the first kernel with the bug is v4.15 Final.
Kernel v4.15 also seems to be the first kernel with the exception table
in net/ipv6/route.c.

psmouse: after sleep/suspend thinkpad touch
I have been booting with the same version of UEFI from Asus since April.
But now either UEFI or Ubuntu is deleting all UEFI entries and creating
multiple new UEFI entries from boot device.
I was having issue of UEFI entry not installing at all.

libcloud 2.3.0 fails to build in cosmic currently because the tests
fail. It's not compatible with python 3.7.
The last time it was built in the ubuntu archive, python 3.7 was not
available, and the tests ran with python 3.6. Now we have both python
3.6 and 3.7.
