Restrict the USB2 resume status check in USB2 roothub to fix hang issue.
[Test Case]
Please perform a kernel bisection to find which commit introduces the
regression.

device's MTU, and the existing API returns an error if the ipv6.mtu is

Since it is an OpenVZ container, I assume my only option is to apply the
temporary solution above, then start to look for a VPS provider that
supports a more current kernel version (or one that would let me upgrade
the kernel).

Tested this, at first I didn't see the issue (I was too quick & knew
what I wanted), then when I paused to read menus, yes the panel
disappeared (if mouse is on menu & not over panel). I did have this

to the profile attachment line:
/usr/sbin/ntpd flags=(attach_disconnected) {
And add:
/run/systemd/journal/dev-log w,
to the profile, then run:
apparmor_parser --replace /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.ntpd # or whatever

Issue found: on L80v2 the kernel is allocating IRQs outside of NUMA0,
but all of the NVME disks on L80v2 are on NUMA0. Looking for a relevant
patch for this.
