I see that people who use nodeenv potentially can get trapped, because

Chromium random segfaults: error 4 in libnspr4.so

All of the update-manager autopkgtests were run (none were skipped) on
both bionic and cosmic and they all passed. Subsequently, the update-
manager parts of this SRU are verified.
