I do not own an AMD GPU i have an Nvidia GPU but it happened the same thing. The resolution is stuck at 1024*768 too BUT I suppose its NOT X-Org related I found out that GCC got updated but the Kernel was Compiled using the old version of GCC - which breaks CC checks which leads to DKMS not
