Stracing the chromium snap reveals that it cannot locate
/usr/share/themes/Emacs/gtk-3.*/gtk.css.
That file is installed by libgtk-3-common. I suspect staging that file in the
snap should be enough to fix the problem, I'll test this.

I tried both xorg and Wayland, they have the same behaviour.
Firefox goes nicely in front of the dock, it seems to be only X2go that goes
behind the dock

Verified on xenial with test case from description:

Bcache write performance wasn't affected significantly by the sysfs
query (~200MB/s to ~197MB/s), so the patch looks to be working fine.

Since mesa 19.0.8-0ubuntu0~18.04.2 the image produced by Ubuntu with all
