you could not boot from 5.3.0-23.
And are you using secure boot? That would prevent testing the kernel I
gave you as it cannot be properly signed being a test kernel. If that is
the case, can you disable secure boot and test?
Any logs you can produce about the TPM could be helpful.

however the same misalignment is present upstream (at least on Adwaita
GTK 3.32), so the fix should be made there first.

This doesn't really affect anything other than the VGPU, and we will
update the driver through the usual SRU process, along with the other
graphics updates.
