I'm not really sure this is a bug. It sounds like expected behaviour:
1. Disk gets thrashed.
2. Any processes relying on memory swapping to/from that disk get delayed.

numpad on touchpad doesn't work in A

The crash file I see is named "_opt_google_chrome_chrome.1000.crash". This
makes sense because I remember the crash happened when I was browsing on chrome.
However, when I do `ubuntu-bug
/var/crash/_opt_google_chrome_chrome.1000.crash`, a google-chrome dialog opens
asking me to repor

To clarify why there's so much confusion here, it appears this started
out as a kernel bug in older Ubuntu releases but is now a PulseAudio
bug. Two separate issues.
