I found some strange behavior with /usr/bin/ld trying to build gnome-
commander on Launchpad for 18.04 LTS. gtest library was included, but
not found.
The same code builds fine with version 19.04. You can find PPA here:

into the same place. Power off completely for a minute or so and reboot.

Another issue I can see here is that your audio devices are being used

Ubuntu. So I am adding a jackd task.
Please also try some newer or older kernels, to see if any versions
don't exhibit the bug:

Sounds like you're not getting enough buffering. Please try a normal
kernel that's not 'lowlatency'. Normal kernels might be able to tolerate
low bandwidth situations better with higher buffering.

I have exactly the same problem. I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on Lenovo Legion
Y540, I have configured a swap partition instead of a swap file and I have
updated both /etc/fstab and /etc/default/grub files (and run update-initramfs
and update-grub).
When I try to hibernate with systemctl

Apparently there is a bug in the OpenSC PKCS11 library and keep
returning the token even after it has been removed.
Environment:

Steps to reproduce:
I am using the command line pkcs11-tool to test the detection of the
insertio
and the error reported above is another problem. I gave the bug reporter
a correct password, but it failed to fetch some info with the not
authorized message. Why does it care about some freedesktop cookie, I am
not running X this was run completely from text console.

This notebook machine is not running X, it was broken at some point of
time in the past with some usual nvidia mess, but otherwise it is
healthy, package manager seems to be happy and up to date with 16.04, so
an upgrade should not crash like this.

Since I started getting the bug 1766076 xhci failure, this problem has
become more acute as the automatic workaround described in 1766076 no
longer works - when resetting the xhci bus, the bus fails to be set up
properly due to this issue and I'm left with a non-functioning system.
