I have realized that the reason of this tremble was resolution. Defalt
was 16x9 (1920x1080) i ve change it to 16x9 (1600x900). On the default
resolution it works smoth

3. Open GNOME Tweaks -> Appearance tab, then switch Icon set to the one

Not happening in Lubuntu installed on 18.04 default through Synaptic

Currently kernel 5.0 is running. The Nvidia-435 is installed from the
included ubuntu repo.

This is an improvement!
Previously, during that time period the whole display (at least on
laptops) would be powered off and people saw a temporary backlight
flicker.
With this in place we might be able to to implement a flickerfree boot!
