I tried your boot parameters, I'm attaching photos of the boot sequence
in a zip file.
I don't understand why booting work when "power" is connected (2
thunderbolt dock or notebook charger) and not when on battery.

Such duplicated entries are dumped without further processing. Unless we find
further info, especially from ACPI standard, this is probably a WONTFIX.
