I've restarted test again... Floppy was inserted so it provided the
/dev/fd0 option, however I selected /dev/sda...
At final calamares install summary screen, it's reported "Install boot
loader on /dev/fd0" even though that was NOT selected. I've ejected
floppy but will let install run
