Hi, this issue happens to me to. But I figured it out that this only
happens in vertical multi-monitor setup with the dock on the left or on
the right. If I move the dock to the bottom, the issue disappears. So
that could be a temporary workaround for you until this bug is solved.

Just put up a slightly different branch for review that should fix this.
The issue on focal is that now we have empty lines in the full
/etc/apt/sources.list. I don't think we have to limit it to one line do
we?
Here is a changeset that ignores those empty lines, and still appends a
new apt source
I don't think it's fixed/repaired. I have the same error.

.1f-based) that will not speak anything older than TLS 1.2, trying to
connect to a server that can only speak TLS 1.1.

this on WSl 1 is now available on Insiders Fast Ring and will be
backported to existing Windows 10 builds in the coming weeks.
