CPX, SNR and ICX support MBA_CFG MSR 0xC84. Bit0 defines whether two threads
sharing a core with different MBM constraints.
MSR is model specific (becomes architectural in SPR). So need
family/model/stepping checks.

The nautilus window closes immediately, but nautilus takes 13.5 sec to shut
