I'm reluctant to change the ZFS default to make NFSv4 work out of the
box as this may cause regressions for users expecting the default. I'm

- After a reboot, ZFS pool never stopped trying to import the pool. It was
blocking the boot-sequence and I had to rename the /etc/zfs/zpool.cache to
another name, in order to boot the system.
- There was an upgrade made before reboot, but that was not anything with

I could recreate and can confirm the same for groovy.
If the installation was started with:
sudo virt-install --name groovy --memory 2048 --disk
path=/dev/disk/by-path/ccw-0.0.1601 --cdrom ./groovy-live-server-s390x.iso
the installer uses /dev/vda that is usually an indicator for virtio device

end the installer said it couldnt restore previously installed
applications (there aren't any on my empty partition!).

It's really surprising that a years old bug affecting a long term
support version is not yet handled or assigned. Needing to install from
