There is a minimum aging period of 7 days in -proposed and shortly after
that they will migrate to -upd
Don't know how to submit log, flatpak won't allow to use ubuntu-bug,
ubuntu-bug -w , gives:

I was having the same issue in Kubuntu 20.04. The issue went away after
I downgraded libexiv2 from version 0.27.2-8ubuntu2.6 to version
0.27.2-8ubuntu2 as follows:
