I guess it's possible the dock's sliding animation (which starts off
screen to the left) makes it choose the wrong monitor for scaling

/sbin are removed.
Before upgrade
# ls -al /sbin/ip*tables*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 Nov 12 2017 /sbin/ip6tables -> xtables-multi
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 Nov 12 2017 /sbin/ip6tables-restore ->
The patch in message #8 fixes this bug for me.

The Steelseries headphones doesn't affected by this issue on Windows 11.
