Tests for llvm-toolchain-15 (version 1:15.0.7-15) fail on Oracular as
the package includes libstdc++-10-dev, which is provided by
gcc-10-cross, as a test dependency but that package has been removed
from the archive for Oracular[1].
Either the test dependency needs to be bump
