Mike: I did read that from the original post. Just that preventing the
iDRAC from working would prevent remote access to the terminal which is
sometimes required at our end - typically contingencies when there is
some issue with network, we use the iDRAC for remote access.
Unlike your situation,
Mike - checking if you have found a workaround or any temporary fix for
this issue ? I have faced the same problem on an R410 with iDRAC running
trusty kernel.

Public bug reported:
My wifi works before suspending the ubuntu but right after I login after
suspension wifi doesn't works. It always displays hard blocked but the thing is
that the hardware key doesn't works here. The possible solution is to restart.
I've also tried following commands:
nmcli
Sir now I've upgraded my ubuntu pc to the latest mainline kernel but sad to
still there is no significance improvement in the wifi performance. Also,
watching over the Link Quality using command "iwconfig", the link quality never
crosses the limit 46/70 even if I'm setting next to the modem
Moreover sir wifi signal Link Quality constantly varies between 23/70 to
35/70 and that's even when I'm not moving a bit from the location.

I've already installed the latest version of mainline kernel available
