In UBUNTU IRC Chat two things were suggested: Uninstall Brave Browser Disable hardware acceleration on Firefox browser. (The browser I am using). I was using Chrome and had tried disabling hardware acceleration on it to troubleshoot. That didn't help which is why I switched to Firefox. It never l
